He works for Kääpä Biotec specialising in Nordic mushrooms.

Academic Achievements: Executive Committee for the International Medicinal Mushroom Society.

Personal philosophy: We are only as good as what we eat.

Hobbies/interests: Woodworking, playing with my kids, solving problems.

Favorite Food/Beverage: Wild deer tenderloin steak with mashed wild parsnips and a wild mushroom Chanterelle sauce, washed down with fermented birch sap.
