REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION PAUSE AND CANCELLATION


If you have a recurring subscription and would like to put it on hold, log in to your accounts manage-subscriptions page, choose the subscription you would like to put on hold and click the PAUSE button.

 

Or if you have a recurring subscription you can cancel it anytime you like by logging into your accounts manage-subscriptions page, choosing the subscription you would like to cancel and clicking the CANCEL button.

 

 

CANCELLATION BEFORE NEXT RENEWAL ORDER SHIPPED

 

You can cancel any subscription as long as it is 7 working days before you are due to receive it as the courier takes this amount of time to deliver your order. Once your order is being processed (ie: we are preparing it to be shipped that day) we cannot cancel or refund it. 

 

CHANGING YOUR MIND

 

For many non-perishable products purchased online, you have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund if the product has not been damaged.

 

However, as our products are food/treat/supplements they are deemed to be perishable under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 and therefore you will not be able to return any products you have paid for and received unless there is something wrong with them (please see below).

 

In summary, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange if:

  • You change your mind / circumstances;
  • If you find cheaper products elsewhere;
  • If there is a problem with the product.
  • If you believe that you have received a faulty product and you are not satisfied with it, please raise your concern following the steps listed below:

     

    Raise your enquiry by sending an email to [email protected], including your email address that is linked to your account, order number and the reason for it.

     

    An enquiry has to be raised within 7 days of the product(s) being delivered. Further information may be requested from you regarding your complaint. A refund, credit or agreed discount will be issued within 7 business days in the case of the fault being on our side. If the product is sent in a secure and appropriate condition, we reserve the right to not refund, credit or discount your account.
