Dear Rocketeer.

Firstly, let me apologise to you personally for such a long radio silence and for Rocketo being out of stock on the majority of our product range for the past few weeks.

Needless to say, it has been incredibly tough for myself and our team during these trying times. By this I mean the war in Ukraine, rampant inflation, and some local governmental decisions have created an unprecedented situation as regards our supply chain. This means we have been unable to create our recipes and therefore impacting our cash flow.

It was the first time for us when we realised that “force majeure” does in fact really exist and not only something you read on insurance documents!

All of this resulted in asking myself questions about our business, products, and our amazing community of dog owners. It was a really tough time for all and on quite a few occasions I did wonder whether it was worth closing down the website and releasing our loyal employees.

But then; I had a few calls with our long-time customers (who also turned out to be well-respected business professionals in the pet industry). They were very firm when they said that I could not shut down the business because their dogs do not eat anything like Rocketo, and there is no direct substitute for what we are making.

I started researching again (as I did before beginning Rocketo) and was surprised again – no other company in the European market is trying to go the extra mile and make clean, convenient, and healthy dog food with key elements that are critical in nutrition (for humans too!). By that I mean – low processing + zero starch + organic ingredients + species-appropriate recipes.

So again, like it was four years ago, we decided that we needed to continue our quest and challenge the pet nutrition industry.

We have been intensively negotiating with our partners in the last few weeks to discuss how we could re-launch the business. And… we see light at the end of the tunnel.

This will mean that we will very likely be back in stock across our whole range in the next 2-3 weeks! Just wonderful.

We understand the past few weeks being out of stock may have resulted in having lost you as a customer but believe me when I say there was nothing we could do about it at that stage.

We sincerely hope we can rebuild the trust we have achieved with you over the past few years and would very much love for you to come back to us as a pet owner who wishes to feed the best nutrition to their dog(s)!

We will continue manufacturing the most naturally upgraded dog food on the planet. If all goes the plan, in September, we should be introducing a couple of new food recipes which we’ve been developing for some time already.
